She is presently working as a Librarian, Bar. Sheshrao Wankhede College of Art’s and Commerce, Khaperkheda, Tah. Saoner, District-Nagpur (Affiliated to RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India). She has been in LIS Profession Since 2003. She has worked at Shivaji Science College, Nagpur for 7 years experience.

She has presented papers in 29 Conferences, Seminars at National and State Level and published 2 research papers in international and national level journals. She has awarded Ph.D. on the topic “Bibliographic Control and Digital Preservation of Manuscripts in Maharashtra: A Critical Study”. She has successfully guided 13 dissertations at Masters level. She has attended one Refresher and one Orientation course sponsored by UGC India. She has worked as External and Internal Examiner in various examination of Lib and Information Science conducted by RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.
